Darren Carr is not only Australia’s number onecomedy ventriloquist but has been named “Australian Performer of the Year” on no less than seven occasions at the MO and ACE Entertainment Awards.
He has appeared at literally thousands of corporate, sporting, social and charity events over the past twenty years including those for Westpac, BHP, Toyota, GIO, Mercedes Benz, LG, Sony, NRL, AFL, Ronald McDonald House, and WestmeadChildrensHospital.
Add to this his numerous appearances on TV shows, cruise ships, and at international music and comedy festivals, and it just goes to show that…Darren Carr is not your average dummy!
Brett Nichols – MC
Since winning Australia’s premier comedy competition Green Faces in 2003, Brett has become a regular headline act on both the Sydney and National comedy circuits – club and corporate.
Brett has strutted his stuff on The Footy Show and The Comedy Channel’s Stand Up Australia, and has entertained Aussie and New Zealand troops in East Timor and the Solomon Islands.
A finalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Brett’s versatility and ad-libbing excellence see him transfer every show into a night his audience will never forget! His mix of the ‘clever’ and the ‘rude’ will appeal to the yuppie and yobbo in everyone.
Brett has also worked as an Audience Warm-Up Comedian for Ready Steady Cook!, The NRL Footy Show, Top Gear Australia, Fox Sports’ The League Lounge and Gladiators.
Joe Comino – Feature
As soon as Joe walks on stage and starts saying a few words the crowd knows there in for a good time. He has performed all over Australia supporting great comics such as Tahir, Joe Avati, Will Anderson, Peter Berner just to name a few.
Joe opened up for The Housos live tour which was a sold out tour across this great land. Joe has won numerous comedy competitions including Triple M Moonmans comedy competition.
Joes style of comedy is a story teller and his stories well there pretty full on.
